50th Anniversary of Peace Corps& FOL Lesotho Reception

September 21-25, 2011 Washington DC

Leland G. Jinks, February 9, 1925 – April 5, 2010, PDF

Lee was near and dear as my Agriculture APCD. He truly keep an eye out for all of us as a mentor and friend. When Chip and I returned to the States he kept us in his address book and we exchanged Christmas cards and letters. He attended the 1987 reunion and had bought a ticket to attend the 2008 gathering when he became too ill to travel. I know he really wanted to stay connected to us and I know he charished his years in Lesotho.   Linda H
